ive download window vista but it is a ISO file how can i open it and install it

iso file is a bit by bit image of a dvd. u have to burn it on a dvd first using a software like nero and then u can install it. (u can extract contents of iso too using winrar)

An ISO file is a CD image. There is a way to open it without burning it to cd. Download Daemon tools, then mount the ISO, and voila!

an ISO file is a CD/DVD image.
Most CD/DVD burning packages can write ISO's, Microsoft have a powertoy than writes them. Obviously you need a DVD burner as Vista comes from a DVD.

Use Nero to burn the image to DVD then install from the DVD but you need a Key number you will be asked for that during installation.

You have to go to the store and get the box, the licence, and the disc to go with it. Then you can delete the file and free up that space. Then nobody will think you are a common garden variety thief.
