That would be in the control panel, under 'user accounts'. You have to be the administrator to do it.

Before you delete user name you must login as Administrator or any user (with administrator privilege). After login go to Control Panel and Choose User Settings there you can delete user name. Otherwise Right click on the my computer icon on your desktop. In the context menu click Manage. Then Computer Management Screen will appear. Right Side below the System Tools Tree You can find the Users and Groups Link. There Select Users and Delete the User.

To delete a username in XP, go to control panel user accounts, and you must be logged in as an administrator, but NOT in the account you want to delete. Better than deleting a user name in XP, is deleting Windows products all together. Start by getting Kubuntu at www.kubuntu.org

Download the delprof file from microsoft. It is written to delete user profiles or mail me for a copy.
If using it, be sure u know what ure doing and have a reasonable knowledge of XP

You need to delete the account. start>control panel>user accounts. You can only do this if you have administrator access though.
