For example if X USER Uploads a file i.e. XUSER.AVI it will automatically get converted by some server side tool into low quality small video file e.g. 3gp or flv etc. and should be available for everyone who visits his page for later viewing!
Is there any such tool available

Hello, I have a Dell XPS M1210 which i purchased today, however, whenever i attempt to install a program, such as Internet Explorer 7 or any other programs, the computer says that I do not have the rights to install the program. The computer's opperating system is Windows XP Professional. Many thanks, Lambros

My pictures on myspace don't work on my computer, however they do work on other people's computers. I think it's something to do with the settings in my internet browser, but i'm not sure what to do. I have a dial-up connection, if that makes any difference. I have also disabled the pop-up blocker. I haven't downloaded anything in the last couple of days, so it isn't an interference and as far as i know, there isn't a virus on my computer. Only half of the icons of my friends' spaces work, so it's not that i'm uploading them into myspace incorrectly. Please help!

Hello, I have a Toshiba Laptop. When i power up the machine, i hear the startup noises, such as the fan, hard drive, as well as several other ordinary noises. However, my laptop screen displays nothing. Only a black screen. What is happening??? The computer is only two years old, and i do not have an external monitor attatched. Is there a way to fix this???

I tried to reinstall my web cam today and it states Only read process memory and write process memory was completed (demo32.ex) is what it says at the top of the box. Also in my details section for my D: drive it states File System: CDFS Free Space 0 bytes and Total size: 445 MB......How can I regain more memory?

Back with Win2000/ME/ etc. you could easily get out of a "freeze" or lock up just by using the "above"..... abhor this Win XP, it takes almost a 3=step process and a long time waiting to close out programs that seem to stick/freeze. I tend to turn off the comp (wrong way of course--) in aggravation. Isn't there an easier/quicker way?

It tells me that in order to open a new window, you must first close the existing Firefox process, or restart your system.

I don't want to have to waste my time restarting the system.
Can anybody here tell me how to close the existing Firefox instead?
