You can't and it's not worth it to do a byepass.

Because, if you're caught, you could get suspended or worse!

Use a proxy website. Just search website proxy on yahoo. They'll bring you to a website which you can go through so that you can access your email.

There may be some workarounds ... sometimes the ways mentioned above work, sometimes they don't, it depends.... however, please keep in mind that some workplaces monitor computer activity as well as block some sites ... the site administrator may have keylogging and more activated ... be sure you are acting wisely before you do something, as your job could be at risk.
