if im the admin, how do i change all the stuff... for example. right now my system restore dont work. it says "your system restore has been turned off by group policy.To turn it on, contact your domain admin. i am the admin, but i dont know wat to do to make system restore work. plz help

Go to START, and right click on "MY COMPUTER" and click "MANAGE"
You computer should have a "Users" section somewhere where you can fiddle with your policies.

For one thing - I think you are full of baloney. If you were the Administrator - you could log on as THE administrator and that group policy would not apply to you!! (Unless the administrator applied no system restore to everyone.) If you are the administrator - then you have to go to the Group Policy Editor - part of Active Directory - to disable your changes.
