on windows movie maker, i can't import any of my video footage?

I think the format of my footage is MPG, so when i open the files after clicking import, I can't see my files anymore, how can i import my footage?

sorry its 3gpp format and Windows don't seem to recognise.

you'd hav to convert that mobile movie format to one that is accepted by windows (mpg, avi, wmv )
