MySpace layout or background code question?

Question

Ok, I guess this is a two part question. First, is there a difference between a layout and background for MySpace? Second, Where is the best place to find ones, or is there? I "Googled" for it and must of found thousands of choices.

Ok first off whateverlife.com has mainly girl layouts and it appears you are a guy so you may be let down. A good website would be chasebadkids.net and he also on his site has html tips tricks and myspace tweeks that you can do to your page. Once you get the basics down usually you catch on pretty fast and even can end up completely doing your own layout. But Chasebadkids is a website I first used and that I found was ultimately the best and it was easy to use and to understand it also it doesnt download any viruses on your computer or hack your website like some so called "help" websites do I know some other websites I can't think of there names if you want them e-mail me or look me up.

Backgrounds are just what they imply they are in the back ground behind everything else. Layouts are on top of the background and are entirely separate entities meshed together. Layouts overprint the backgrounds. You can change the layout without changing the backgrounds in most cases.

technically there's no difference between a layout and a background. they're pretty interchangeable. the difference comes when you start talking about div layouts/overlays. those are the layouts that cover everything.

Yes there is a difference,layouts are alot better!Try whateverlife.com they have lots!Or if your looking for something specific google like sports layouts for myspace,or Dallas Cowboys layouts for myspace,you can basically find anything!

A layout is everything in a layout (the background,tables, font color, font size, font face, link color, ect) and a background is just a background.
If you can't choose what kind of layout, write down on a peice of paper what you like and then look for layouts that you have on the paper.
