The George Bush Virus - Causes your computer to keep looking for
viruses of mass destruction.

The John Kerry Virus - Stores data on both sides of the disk and causes
little purple hearts to appear on screen.

The Clinton Virus - Gives you a permanent Hard Drive ; with NO memory

The Al Gore Virus - Causes your computer to keep counting and
re-counting

The Bob Dole Virus - Makes a new hard drive out of an old floppy

The Lewinsky Virus - Sucks all the memory out of your computer, then
e-mails everyone about what it did

The Arnold Schwarzenegger Virus - Terminates some files, leaves, but
will be back

The Mike Tyson Virus - Quits after two bytes

The Ellen Degeneres Virus - Disks can no longer be inserted

The Prozac Virus - Totally screws up your RAM, but your processor
doesn't care

The Michael Jackson Virus - Only attacks minor files

Last but not least

The Lorena Bobbitt Virus Reformats your hard drive into a 3.5 inch
floppy...then discards it through windows..

It was recently recommended that I download a free adware removal filter. Where do I find a site that offers this? I’ve checked out a couple, but I am not knowledgeable enough to know which downloads are truly safe and truly free.
Thanks in advance for your help!

I installed this on my new 64 bit computer. It worked great for about 2 months, and then one day, it just stopped downloading files, including windows update, or gives a digital signature invalid message. If it does download a file, when you try to open it, it says "File Corrupt". I am 100% positive it is not a virus, because after it did it, and I couldn't figure it out, I did a total wipe of the hard drive, formatted, and reinstalled. And it is still doing it. Has anyone else had this problem, or does anyone have any suggestions? Microsoft update and I went through all kinds of crap, and they couldn't figure it out either.

I have a shuttle XPC (model SN41G2V2) and lately the computer has been reverting back to an old date every time it's turned on. I've done virus and ad-ware scans and it's all turned up clear. Anyone have any ideas on what's wrong with it? Thanks for your assistance.

I have Windows XP on my Dell and its seriously slower than sh!t. All I use it for is pictures from my digital, music for my ipod (I only have about 60 songs tho) and to go online to check email and myspace, thats about it. I don't download stuff other than music and I don't have any games or anything.

Any pointers on what I can do to speed things up? I don't know much about computers but I can follow directions.
Oh, and my boyfriend did a 'de-frag' or something last night and we restarted it and its a teeny bit faster but not much.

Help befofe I throw this thing out the window.
