I have followed the "easy to follow" directions on the cd however when it has me choose a pasword it checks the system and then asks me again to choose a password. Do i need to change some of my settings in control panal?
any ideas will help

this must be your wep encryption. to check this you need to log onto your router and look up your wep password.

You mean something like choose a new password for your wireless connection? I'm not sure what your problem is, but when I installed my wireless connection I wrote the same password I already had when it asks you to create a new one and then when it asks you to confirm (I mean I didn't create a new password, I used the same password for the "regular" connection). Call the router company...they will have 24/7 tech support and walk you right through it.

Maybe the password is taken by someone else.
