What do I do with a DBX now?

My hard disc has many .DBX files on it but I cannot open them since they are "not valid Win32 applications".
I do not have XP.

Dbx are outlook express files. Try to open with it! Since it is related to e-mails (and of course you don't have notinhg to keep) it's better to delete.
