ok first of all, my mouse has a scrolling wheel, when i click it i can only move so far up or down until it dissapears, then i have to click again and start over, then when im browsing through a site my scrollbar moves around... down and up, down and up... etc. so whats really going on?

you are scrolling to fast for your computer ot catch up so you need to chill with the computer and let it catch up or it will continue to scroll up and down trying to catch up to you scrolling.

You may have a virus or spyware/adaware. Run the 3 scans below .....
Update and run your Anti-Virus program. Don't have one? You can run a free online scan from Trendmicro. When I have tested it it takes some time to run it but it may be time well spent if it can fix any problems.

Download, update and run Spybot---http://www.safer-networking.org/ . Don't forget to use the Immunize feature.
