I downloaded a song & it came in a "hqx" format. I've tried WinRar (no choices to un-pack. Just compress, E-mail Etc) & Winzip unpacks in a "Txt" format. I tryed re-naming all to mp3. Nothing.

I am getting too much junkmail in my inbox. Is there a way to set a filter up that puts only mail from people in my address book in the inbox and everything else goes into a "junkmail" folder? Thanks for your help.

somtimes it it just gets blocked, sometimes is keeps rebooting out of nothing, sometimes it gets better and I can actually use the internet but after a while is stops working, I think its a booting problem because after several trials it works perfectly, coulld u help me?thanks

I tried to watch a clip on JibJab. It showed the commercial, but it stopped before the clip came on and when I restarted it, it just showed the commercial again. The same thing happens on wwe.com. What's going on??

Ive been using DVD decrypter to copy my DVDs onto my computer and now I want to burn them onto empty DVDs I got. When I try this it says that the file is too big for the DVD. How can I shrink the movie file so that it will fit on the empty DVDs that I got??

The blue task bar at the bottom of my windows screen is no longer there. It is not hidden, and it has not been moved. I can't even press the Windows button to bring up my start menu.

I've tried going to the Control Panel > Start Menu and Taskbar but it won't open up.

I've tried running anti-virus software and anti-spyware.

I've even tried doing a system restore.

Nothing seems to be working. I did, however, just put in a new video card and wasn't having this problem until I installed it (not sure if that has anything to do with it).

In conjunction, I also can't get my Task Manager Applications Tab to appear. When I CTR+ALT+DEL all that appears is my Performance in one huge window showing the CPU Usage only, and I have no menu or other tabs I can select.

Not sure if these are interrelated, but figured I'd mention it as well just in case.

Can't find any other situations like this on the Internet. Please help.

My nephew got a troj_heur.gn horse on his lap top last night, he has run the necessary scan on his computer...Still there! It is in a file named "qrzsyr.dll" Does anyone know what to do?
