It's on my dc toolbar and won't go away!

Boot up in SafeMode Deploy your antivirus's Swipe that Go to MSCONFIG (In SafeMode) And Uncheck the EXE
Then start up normal, go to Control Panel Then Ad-Remove Programs And YOU WILL notice some stuff you didn't put there
they will require you to Power Off Do that Restart and go to the next one
