My nephew got a troj_heur.gn horse on his lap top last night, he has run the necessary scan on his computer...Still there! It is in a file named "qrzsyr.dll" Does anyone know what to do?

Whatever software you use you have to go into safe mode,
turn on your computer before windows comes onpush f8 key to go into safemode then run scan.Trojans usually have protection by enabling Early to avoid scans.

get a backup disk for your computer programs and reboot your computer. my boss got two viruses on two work computers called trojan because he looked at porn.
