What happened to my Favorites icon?

If you just upgraded to IE7, your favorites are a gold star right under the blue left arrow. The + sign over the star right next to it is how you add favorites. You may also want to check out this menu bar tweak.

If you got the new Explorer 7 it's the yellow star on the left side of your screen. click on it and it has your favorites, history and feeds in the menu.
