Ive been using DVD decrypter to copy my DVDs onto my computer and now I want to burn them onto empty DVDs I got. When I try this it says that the file is too big for the DVD. How can I shrink the movie file so that it will fit on the empty DVDs that I got??

Clone DVD does it while retaining a good quality.

Use DVD Shrink to rip your DVDs to your hard drive, you can specify various options before you do the rip to make the movie smaller:
