I want to copy files from ebay listing into another site

If the photo and text is on your ebay listing, then you just set up the photo and information on the other site, similar to how you did for ebay. (you need to have photo available from a host).

If you are wanting to copy the photo and text from some one else's listing, that is a copyright violation and shoud not be done.
