I deleted a file and then deleted it out of the recycle bin, but now I realize that I really do need that file back.. is there ANY POSSIBLE WAY I can get back the file?!?!

Check out Winundelete. you'll have to pay for it, but it's worked well for me. I think you can get a free trial version....this well let you know if the file is on your pc. if the program is able to find it, you'll have to pay to recover it. Good luck!!

Once the Recycle Bin is emptied, the addresses of all the files sent to it are lost and those files can only be retrieved with a special disk recovery program.

Use your system restore function to go back before you un-installed the file.
Start>all programs>accessories>system tools>System Restore.
