don't know what happend, suddenly pc restarted and display at there S.M.A.R.T. capacity disabled. Then blank, but normally it already log in to window. So i restarted again and press F8 to login in safe mood. Can everyone help me, i really don't know what happend. It is related with S.M.A.R.T. ???? anyways pls help me... i tried many times...

i have heard that it slows down your computer with various viruses and then you have to buy the software of them to sort it, which pays for the music you downloaded for free?
if this is the case will it be all right to remove it of the computer or is it to lats?

Of course I know that all IP#s can change at some point. I don't know very much about it, but I know the ISP changes your IP# occasionally whether you have broadband via cable, broadband via satellite, or whatever. But what I'm asking is if there is any other type of service besides dial up which causes your IP# to change each time you sign onto the internet. I want to say no, but, since I don't know much about this sort of thing, I was thinking that there might be another type of internet service which causes this that I don't know about. The reason I'm asking is because I want to know if it's safe to assume that someone has dial up when I check the IP# repeatedly and find that the last two numbers are always different... or if it's possible that the person could indeed have another type of connection.

ive got an internet connection with NTL 1meg i think but its the same connection as my friends and his appears to be alot faster, i contacted NTL and they said run spyware etc.. and it should be faster and thats all they said but it doesnt affect it, pls help :D

My company has several servers and all our documents must be saved there. The problem is that when I delete a file, where is it going? Is there a trash bin I can access? My trash bin only contains files coming from C: and my documents.

This is really a problem for me as I deleted a long report. I asked the IT people but they only looked in the temp files. This deleted report must be somewhere!

i had downloaded a file from the internet to my desktop,after downloading it,i opened it,to my surprise it disappeared after opening and was not traced anywhere in my hard disc or folders and files,therefore i was worried and i run my antivirus software,but it didnot detect anything and even my system is running perfect after that.but now whenever i open my internet connection,after browsing for a few minutes,an annoying new window automatically appears from nowhere and interrupts my surfing.i have to close it everytime.on searching i found that the particular window is of www.jump29.com.please help me get rid of this automatically appearing new window as i donot like it.help me get rid of it

I have windows media player installed on my laptop and I have even tried downloading it again through Firefox, but whenever I want to watch a video, it asks me to download a media player again. I have to switch over to Internet Explorer to watch a video each time. Is there a way I can watch videos on Firefox without having to switch over?

Remember the cool games they used to have, like M.U.L.E. or Archon? Remember how they games looked and played just like they did in the arcade.

Are any of those games available today without having to buy another Atari 800 and the cartridges, etc. Any small console or controller with them built in? I know they have some, but they are all of the old 2600 (VCS) games, not like the 8-bit computers.

Good day. My school has 2 seperate DSL Internet connections. One for the teachers and one for the students. The students line is always slow cause i mean many computers are hooked up to that line where many students use it on different levels of the building. I would like to know if game multiplaying between students who use computers on the same network takes away internet connection from a person who is trying to use the web? Basically can game multiplaying affect internet connection over a network? Thanks. Laterz
