addressbook transfer?

due to spammers,scammers and other pests that got hold of my yahoo email address i have made a new address with yahoo,how can i transfer my address book contents to it or do i have to do it one by one?.

Export your Contacts as a CSV file.
Then import this in your new mail address.

My 2 cents: Gmail has a much better spam filter, try migrating to Gmail.
