First of all, I will advise you to take spoken English classes though you can do a little bit of work on your written English skills too. You know how important English is today to get a good job. Besides that brush up on your computer skills and see what all you have been out of touch of. Keep posting resumes to relevant jobs on Naukri.com and be prepared for any opportunity that comes up. Check the job requirements and if there are some new languages being asked for that could add to your resume, take classes on them or study them up well. That will make getting a job easier. Practice for the interviews.

For others who feel like laughing, this is very serious for some of us who do not have good English skills and canot find job in our line. It is not something 'laughable' to us for we our stuck in a hopeless situation where we need money and do not have any option but to nab the offer we have, even if it is not from our line. Taking a risk with all the financial responsibilities we have is tough and we don't know how to get out of the trap. Just to make you understand.

First of all , realise that whats your interest and what u like to do??
Accordingly join some course (probably masters) and if possible do part time job in same field to get some experience. Doest matter if its even just on entry level, but that experience will count in future. and be ready for HARD WORK. Thats most important.
You wont get anything readymade.
But dont just start without knowing ur interest, otherwise u will regret after few years again.
Wish you good luck.
