You are affected with some kind of spyware.Try Adaware (free software).
Many spyware get removed temporarily with the tools suggested by download.com or tucows.com , however after 10mins or so it will again come back or on rebooting it will occur again.
You can also check in the task manager if any unwanted/not known programs are running /started on their own & try to kill it from there. But these fix can be temporary.
If you still cant get out of this then just re install the operating system eventhough its time consuming process. That way ur machine also will be bit faster.
Also, u will end up spending time/energy & mony & trying out with different spywere removal softwares. If you cant get this thing out with one or 2 anti spyware softwares i suggest u go for OS reinstall

This looks like a case or Adware... or maybe the software that you installed recently is an ad-supported app. If the latter is the case (confirm this by consulting software doucmentation/help files/website) then there is no other alternative but to uninstall the same. If the app is clean, then your system is definitely infected with Adware.
Get a good adware buster like AdAware from Lavasoft: www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware/
to scan your system for adware. You may also scan for spyware running in the background. Try Sypbot S&D:
www.safer-networking.org/
In addition, you may even install a pop-up blocker to prevent all sorts of undesired pop-ups. I'd recommend that you go through these sites and download one that is suitable for you and your system:
1. www.snapfiles.com/freeware/misctools/fwpopblock.shtml
2. www.freeware-guide.com/dir/internet/popupstop.html
3. www.tucows.com/Windows/Internet/PopUpBlockers/
Next time while browsing the internet have your firewall turned on (cuts off most of the malware entry points to your system and helps to keep hackers out) and after every browsing session, run your AV plus any Malware fighting tools to help keep your PC safe.

Your computer might be affected with a SPYWARE..
you can do three things
1) install Spyware Doctor and run it, it will automatically find the spyware for you. .or
2) go to your Program Files folder and delete anything that is not useful or that u have not installed, but be sure what u are deleting because u might run your OS into trouble by deleting system files (or get into Add or Remove Programs in Control panel and uninstall anything that looks to you Suspicious). and the last one is
3) Whenever that window opens, start task manager and check for the processes and end those proceses or process which is not system oriented or your personal.

You could try the System Restore which takes you back to a time when your computer was working good. Go To:
start
programs
accessories
systems tools
system restore
This process is completely reversable. And does not remove your personal files. Just go back one checkpoint at a time until your puter is working good again.

Only thing I could recommend is uninstalling what you have downloaded, as it seems to come with what you downloaded.
There is no other way. It could be a hidden virus or a worm that takes day's to go through your hard drive. Hopfeully it's not the case. I had the same thing with AOL happening once. Good luck.

sounds like a pop up. They usually happen, when surfing the web. You may need to d/l a pop up blocker. And if you have one, then make sure on the settings that it is enabled. If you already have the pop up blocker and it is enabled and you are still getting this happening. You may need to go to Windows Update and d/l for latest patches of varies viruses. Good Luck!

Run the updates. in case you do no longer, your equipment is open to script kiddies and direct mail kings to do as they are going to in the back of your back. you could set your equipment to without delay replace itself - acquire and setting up - in case you prefer to, and if this is many times on the internet. flow to the homestead windows help function and form in "computerized replace" for preparation on a thank you to try this. it rather is a soreness in view that Microsoft sends out updates as quickly as a month to maintain up with the idiots, inspite of the undeniable fact that this is sweet computing to maintain your equipment secure.
