i put the cd rom in the computer when it said "insert the cd".then it said "we can't install it because the wizard can't find the necessary software

So, when I have a window open and drag it, theres this lag or something that followa the window to the new location. or when I scroll down or up, the page lags as well. I never had this issue before reinstalling windows. I'm hoping that its a setting that needs to be changed. It's kinga hard to explain what it looks like, but if anyone knows what i'm talking about, please help me. thanks.

i think that its called x flsh media player but im not sure but if you know what i mean then go to dove.com and campian for real buety and it should want to show you a short 2 min film but my apple comp wont let me it comes up as a blank screen

I knew I clicked something that I shouldnt click on my comp. I couldnt remember Wt it was but i guess i clicked the windows update thing...
Now the prob. is when i clicked into My computer or other icons, a box pops up( it mention ActiveX and security setting...etc) I cant view anything inside the folders...

It keeps wanting to burn a disk at 40x but I keep getting coasters going that fast. Instead of having to lower it each time I burn a disk, is there a way I can modify the defaults in Nero or on my CD/DVD burner to always be either 16x (for example)?

I have these two programs and they usually work when making my "back up discs" but lately when i try to do some (usually disney movies) my drive makes this weird noise and it doesn't pull up the movie. then i can take a different movie and it will work does anyone know or can anyone help!!!!

It's actually my daughters computer. She was playing a game and then my son who is 6 played for a little while and then my daughter comes to me freaking out because the game just stopped and went to a black screen. I got it off the black screen and it went to the desktop and everything was sideways....icons...everything. I tried to right click on the desktop to go to the menu and the mouse is messed up to. I checked and it's not clogged up or anything it is rolling good. It works it just doesnt go where you want it to go. What can i do??

I am interested in buying a MacBook laptop. How do these compare to Hp laptops? I am probably getting rid of my HP, because it has disc drive problems, and it is difficult for me to connect to the internet with it. I am considering doing some video editing on it, so it would need to be easy for me to do that on it. Thanks!

I had never heard of it but it was suggested by someone trying to help me with my computer so I downloaded it and have ran it 3 times. It appears to do a great job of cleaning out clutter but I am still having problems with my PC. Just want to know what others think about the program.

And am also curious about what people are saying about a site called 'orkut', any comments? I have had a hard time logging into this site, my user name and my password is not accepted. I have a gmail address which is susposed to be for both Yahoo messenger and orkut but I can't log on to the site and have lost contact with the individual that was trying to help me with my PC.

Any comments or suggestion are very welcome. Thank you.
