that is a local ip, that is to say it is on your network at home.
(its coming from inside the house!)

it could still be an attack however:
1. it could be a spoofed ip
2. it could be coming from a computer on your network that is infected with a virus/worm.

on each of your computers goto start, run, type cmd, enter, a black box will pop up, type ipconfig.
if 192.168.0.101 shows up run a anti virus scan on this computer.

avg free is a very good anti viurs. if you have anti virus on that computer update it and run a scan

3. it could be normal network traffic that is being seen as an attack.

192.168.1.101 is typically an adress on your own home network. My guess is that it is either your router or another computer on your network. Have you kept your Windows updated? Is the firewall turned on in all of your computer? And do you have the most recent update of firmware on your router? If you lag behind with any of these someone can find flaws in your security and exploit them. There is also a chance that if a flaw has already been exploited then a problem may remain even after you update everything. Run an anti-virus program on all your PCs.

What are you talking about that is an IP address that is local to your own home. If you are looking for the culprit it is in your house somewhere

Unless you are wirelessly connected to a neighbours router.. which isn't good. "bad boy!!!".
