I had never heard of it but it was suggested by someone trying to help me with my computer so I downloaded it and have ran it 3 times. It appears to do a great job of cleaning out clutter but I am still having problems with my PC. Just want to know what others think about the program.

And am also curious about what people are saying about a site called 'orkut', any comments? I have had a hard time logging into this site, my user name and my password is not accepted. I have a gmail address which is susposed to be for both Yahoo messenger and orkut but I can't log on to the site and have lost contact with the individual that was trying to help me with my PC.

Any comments or suggestion are very welcome. Thank you.

CCleaner is a useful program for cleaning your pc, however it mostly cleans your internet cache, history, cookies, etc.

If your having some kind of problem you have to post what type it is. However for most problems clean your pc through ccleaner and the "disk cleaner" app in start - accessories - system tools.

Then defragment your drive start - accessories - system tools.

Then if you really need to go to My Computer right click - C: drive properties and click the tools tab in the error checking box check on the check errors. (disk check starts checking you disk at the next start up as a blue screen, so don't get worried.)

If not that go through your software and uninstall any unnecessary programs. Then download Registry cleaner to clean out your registry. (but before you even touch your registry make sure you back it up - http://support.microsoft.com/kb/322756)

Post your problem so we can know whats wrong.

Ccleaner is a neat tool, that does so many routine things. I have been using it for several months.

Most probably your computer is infected with spyware.

Download and install spyware scanner/cleaner software.

Scan, clean several times..

go to shareware.com and search for 'spyware cleaner'
