I know its safer than myspace but no offence that doest take much!

facebook is only as safe as you make it...when making profile these kinds of web sites make sure you do not include personal information always meet people in public places where there are many people around...read the guide lines and be safe...facebook was originaly made for college students but they have it now for high school students...

Facebook you is just for college students. So you just have a networking program. But I think it's safer. My brother has one and he said it's better than myspace and way safer.

it really depends on the user.. you can set your profile to private on myspace and you would be fine. it irritates me why everyones got there panties in a bunch over myspace..just dont be ignorant and share information about yourself.. as far as facebook i think its alittle bit safer than myspace..if users are not your friends they cannot see any information on you whereas myspace they can see your location and name and things like that.. use facebook if you feel skweemish about it...

Its pretty safe, try it yourself, you must be a college student. I would say its more mature than the average myspace user..

You are only as safe as you want to be. If you put your info out there. Some little cyber geek will be able to find it. So just be smart, don't list phone numbers and addresses, even with privacy settings. There are some crazy sickos out there.

Wht do u mean by safe? as far as i see it, nothing on the internet is safe, people will find ways to get into anything and do what they want if htey are that determined
