You can not use Vodou in that way. It is a religion and not just a magic system. You can use Hoodoo or witchcraft to bring someone to you.
If you can find come to me oil use this with a poppet. The poppet should be filled with cotton and you should have something personal in the poppet to represent him. Use Voodoo bad things come back on you. I know for sure because I did some on my ex.

I do not know voodoo, but I know the best revenge is for you to be happy and live a good life. Your friend does not know what he wants or who he wants. When he sees you have moved on and you are happy is the best revenge!

next time he comes to your place, see that he gets to see a corner were you can keep a few dolls with his name and a small bowl of red liquid and some incense sticks. You don't need to practice black magic, just the though that you know this stuff will scare the life out of him and keep him in line.

O_o oh my dear, dear i wouldn't suggest that. That's messing with the occult and spirits and what not. Not safe what so ever. I suggest you go to a Christian church and get someone to pray for you. Maybe this is why he didn't get with you.
