Help

My computer locked when I was using it earlier today and when I restarted it it starts BIOS, checks the system (message that is OK) then I get the following

WAIT

Pri Master: QP100-06 SV4002H

Ultra DMA Mode-4, S.M.A.R.T. capable but disabled


Everything just stops then but the hard drive light is still permanently lit.

When I restart I get the message "to enter setup press ESC" key but when I do this just carries on to the WAIt message above.

Grateful for anything I can do.

i have the ie (internet explorer) browser and when you right click on a site it shows the source but for some reason it doesnt show it anymore!! is there a way that i could put it back and enable it?

I have Windows 2000 and lately, I keep getting the little debug box popping up asking if I want to debug. Of course, if I say yes, I get the bigger debug box and honestly, have absolutely NO CLUE as to how to proceed. Can anyone help or maybe provide me a link that I can basically walk myself thru on? Thanks!

the whole screen is still visible but the icons, cursor and basically everything else is alot smaller. can u help plz?

My brother somehow hacked into my computer account & changed my name, and made himself the computer administrator. His account is password protected (like mine was). How do I get into his account to change my name back, since only the computer administrator has that privilege?

On the yahoo link and other links i cant download internet explorer 7, it says i dont meet requirements, but i hav sp2. Even the microsoft page says i dont have sp2 yet i just downloaded it.

First of all, don't try and talk me out of a mac. I'm already convinced. So here's the scenario: I'm 14, into sports, friends, and much more. I went to the apple store a while ago and was amazed at the new 24-inch iMac, and wanted one badly. Since then I've been saving up, and I'm well on my way. I have used windows all my life, and haven't been able to use the computer (or wanted to) in a while. I still think the mac is amazing. I'm having trouble deciding whether to spend $2000 on an iMac when I already have a really nice computer (desktop). Should I get a macbook, macbook pro, imac, or what?

I already went to control panel and that sound, speech, and audio devices, clicked on sounds and audio devices, and it says that we don't have an audio device. and we had to crash my computer than install it again because we had a virus...PLEASE HELP ME IT'S BUGGING THE CRAP OUT OF ME!!

Their is no sound coming from speakers and have tried it all. It says that their is no device, but it also says the device is working fine? any help on that part. And also my keyboard seems to be backward. to use the @ key its at number 2 and the " is where the @ key should be. this seems to be the only keyboard problem How can i also fix this. any help would be grate full

So a few games I play use my video card obviously and somehow it is effecting the viewing of movies when alt-tabbed. Previously, everything worked well and I could do that as much as I wanted, but after I formated it doesnt work. It is just a blank screen and sound. My computer is specced very good and has a great video card so it isnt a hardware issue. I have my video cards drivers installed and the newest version of directx. Also, when I rock click on a movie file, the monitor goes black for a milisecond and comes back.
