I already went to control panel and that sound, speech, and audio devices, clicked on sounds and audio devices, and it says that we don't have an audio device. and we had to crash my computer than install it again because we had a virus...PLEASE HELP ME IT'S BUGGING THE CRAP OUT OF ME!!

my computer didn't come with any software from the computer place so i can't reinstall the speakers!!

Consider the following:
1.) Reinstall the sound software for your motherboard or from the net.
2.) Did your speakers come with any software?
3.) Is your operating system compatible with the speakers or the software for the speakers?

click on speaker on your lower bar you right click it .click on properties then go to the bottom wher it shows speaker settings and go to advanced it will show you speaker setup.There you can choose what speaker setup you have.choose the one best for your computer setup and you can have sound again.As far as a viruse use norton spyware and norton antispy to get all trojans,viruses and worms.norton antispy is on the new yahoo toolbar and symantics .com(norton) gives free viruse scan.norton is far superior to mcafee.

after all that maybe your computer isn't working properly and you won't be able to get sound from the speakers

sounds like you need re-install your sound driver.
