I can never use these files, howdo i open them?

You have to open them with Torrent software - like 'BitTorrent'. Then it starts downloading automatically.

i use bitcomet.....it took me a few to figure it out also.....say for instance u open up bitcomet....on the right hand side u will see a list of torrent sites....or u can go to any of your favorite torrent sites..( i like mininova and demonoid)....once u get to the sie u want...search for the program u are wanting to download....click it one time...it will open a page..u will see download this toreent...click that...then u will see one more pop up window..it will show u all the files that are in the program u are downloading...click ok...u will then see bitcomet start downloading the program u want.......now comes the tricky part...
after u get what u want...opening it is sometimes the hard part....ifu are trying to download a new release ( movie) it could take 3 or 4 days to download......now that u have downloaded what u want...go to start...double click c drive..go to program files...go to bitcomet...downloads..u will then see all the programs u have downloaded from the net using bitcomet...
ok..here are some program u will need to open torrents..
winrar
poweriso
isobuster
winzip 10
unrar
alcohol 120%
nero
sonic
...u have to read the directions......any directions u see..right click them...open with...notepad....if u need further help..i will help u

1.Download Bitorrent from the following URL:
http://www.download.com/BitTorrent/3000-2196_4-10590156.html?tag=lst-0-1
2.Install it
3.then download the torrent files from the following url
http://isohunt.com (there are many ) search in google :
http://www.google.com/search?q=download+torrent&start=0&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&client=firefox-a&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official
4.Run the sofware and open the .torrent file from the file menu of the Bittorent
