I think you need to keep the microphone away from your computer speakers. The best thing to do is buy a head set so that the microphone is right next to your mouth.

in normal microphone and speakers the feedback is from the microphone being to close the the speakers or the volume is to high because of the closeness of the two items

I do not know if that will help the microphone on my laptop is on the top and the speakers are on the sides. I never had problems.
