If you are located in an area that participates in the time change, all you need to know is that you need to turn your clocks back one hour sometime between sundown Saturday 10/28 and sunup Sunday 10/29, to be with the rest of the nation. The world will not explode (I promise) if you don't change your clock at precisely 2am. Hell you can even turn it back once you wake up Sunday morning or just as you turn in Saturday night..

In zones that use daylight savings time the clock goes forward one hour tonight at 2.00AM. Saturday October 28th.
so in Arizona that does not use daylight savings time (on mountain time) no change.
Eastern Standard Time the clock goes forward one hour as an example

It's either tonight at 2 am or Monday morning at 2 am. Turn your clock back one hour. But you can check your computer's time. It should be on auto change.
