I tape my class lectures, and want to edit them and make them available to my students. My digital tape recorder creates them in .wma format. I can play them, but I want to import them into Garageband (or iMovie, etc.) and edit them.

Okay I wanted to send a music file through yahoo mail to a friend. Okay. Well I go to compose, then I got to attach files, then I go to browse, then I go to local disk c, then I go to my music, and where all my music should be there is not even one file! However if I were to just want to listen to my music I’d go to start, my music, and its all there. But I can’t send it from there. So my question is why can I access my music files from outside of mail (like if I only wanted to listen to them) But when I want to send them to someone, they are not there? I have sent them in the past, and they have always been there. So why are they now gone?

I use MS Outlook at work and I find that printing a portion of an email is more troublesome compared to using Lotus Notes (just shortcut keys, no moving the mouse and highlighting areas)...

Could it have something to do with choosing the correct email editor ?

I really need help with this one...

As you all know, previous Mac Desktops could run applications made specifically for Mac operating systems.

Can the latest MacPro Desktop run the Windows XP, and new Windows Vista operating systems?

Also, how compatible is the computer in running windows based programs? Can it play computer games made for the windows OS?

I was playing World of Warcraft when my computer suddenly restarted itself. Everytime I try to log back into the game my computer restarts itself when the game is almost finished loading. I got the error message "Unknown device driver" and support websites say to uninstall any recently added hardware, but I can't think of anything. Does anyone know why I keep getting a message about a "driver" ONLY when I log into World of Warcraft? Also, I've been playing this game on my computer now for four months without any problems whatsoever. I have no idea how to fix this problem, any help or advice is greatly appreciated.

Recently, an adware got into my pc. I suspect its from a program called IM Names. Although I deleted the program, the adware is still there. Is there a free adware remover program to remove it?

I am really new to all this, hope someone can help me. When trying to print out an article someone has sent, several words on the right hand side of the entire article do NOT get printed, I guess the page is too wide so I end up with incomplete sentences. How can I fix this?. Also, does anyone know WHAT that squeaking sound could be? Sounds like an old creaky door opening and shutting! I only hear it once in a while. I have asked several people and no one knows! Thanks for the help, there is a lot to learn!

OK, I downloaded TechTool Deluxe from Apple's Support site so I can burn it onto a CD. After downloading it, I opened Disk Utility and the TTDppc.dmg was not in the Disk Utility window like Apple said it would be. I then went to View>Open Disk Image... and now there is TTDppc.dmg and below that is TechTool Deluxe CD in Disk Utility window. Which one of the two do I choose for burning onto a CD? Thanks.

as the title says.. whenever i turn on my comp theres this little popup thing in my task bar in a pic of a blue star that has a little bubble pop up and says "Your system may be at risk" and it says something like my comp is no longer Geneuine and i need to buy this thing for $159.99 if i click on it.. for those of u who read my other post about the monitor shutting down while im playing could this be a reason why?
