I use MS Outlook at work and I find that printing a portion of an email is more troublesome compared to using Lotus Notes (just shortcut keys, no moving the mouse and highlighting areas)...

Could it have something to do with choosing the correct email editor ?

I really need help with this one...

To print the first page of any email from Microsoft Outlook:

1. Press Ctrl+P (Print Command).

2. In the Page Range Box, select Pages and type in the number 1 to let the printer know you are printing only one page.

3. Select Print.

CTRL+P to open the Print dialog, keep hitting TAB to move the highlight down to the Page Range field, then hit the down arrow to move from ALL to Page 1. Keep hitting the TAB key to move the highlight down to the Print button, then press Enter.

Doubtful, you can select to print, by rightclicking an e-mail in your inbox and selecting print. Or you can go to the file menu and select print, but change the selection to first page.
If you want to print a selection of it, you would have to have word as your e-mail editor and select what you want to print with the mouse
