well i was just wondering how i could "clean" my computer,files,and programs of anything i i dont use and just takes up space?

Download a free program called CCleaner. I downloaded it today from CCleaner.com and it works pretty well.

go to the control panel click on add or remove programs, remove programs you don't use. then click on performance and maintenance click on free up space on hard drive it should tell you how to do everything and then click rearrange the stuff on hard drive something like that but these are all under performance and maintenance, "pick a task" .

you can delete unnecessary/ unwanted files from Add/Remove Program under control panel and also do Defregmentation, this will create some space.

Well, yes there are ways. easiest way is to remove unneeded programs via the add/remove panel from control panel.
Then jus go to folders which you created and delete pictures, music, video and such.
Try not to delete any system based files.
