If you have one, tell me about your experience with it thus so far. I'm getting one next month. What's the best monitor or system to get like Tyger for Macintosh? And is it worth it?

I got some pretty weird answers...my name, my husbands name and my pic have NOTHING to do with the question I asked. Your IP address if you know how to use it can really bring you trouble. My friends daughter asked a stupid question online and a man found her and raped her....not the answer she was looking for. MY daughter got online and lied and got her butt harrassed and things sent to her. I NEVER said I didnt trust no one. I just dont think the net is the place to say you are looking for a boyfriend, You never know what yer getting yourself into. Or asking if you have a few pimple looking things in your groin is it an STD...uhmm EWW! Why be stupid and ask such things and why be so crude? The internet is NOT such a "safe" place. Information was put into the computer in order for you to connect to the net, which is your IP address. Those of you who are using the comp because Mom or Dad set it up dont understand this. Im a mother of 5 and I KNOW what the net can do! JUST BE CAREFUL!

i changed my back ground and made it so i could play and wach a cd-rom now i only get sound from a game or a cd. i have tried to roll back, nuthing is muted and the speekers are working fine. please some one help me i am going a bit mad with out my music while i study. i have gone as far as to try and down load my sound card agen but it is still there and the computer says that it is still working. what in the world did i do. please help me

By internet jobs i mean jobs that are carried out soley on the interent. I.e the employer or buisness gives you a specification and you complete it to their needs. Sending or completing the fnished product. All done through the internet with no physical meeting?

I have an iPod mini, so can't watch video there, and watching the video on the iTunes player is prone to stops and starts - it's very frustrating. I've tried a couple of converter programs, but no luck. This is on a computer running Windows XP. Any thoughts

my computer crashed last night. i don't need a monitor or keyboard or any of that, all i need is the tower and it would be nice if it was programmed with microsoft office basic and all that. i know i want a cd/r drive and maybe even a dvd/r drive. i need at least 4 usb ports and i still want my floppy drive. and of course some kind of security program.

After Installing Oracle 9i and started "SQL plus" ,after entering name:scott,psw:tiger, it is showing an error(i.e.,#ERROR:
ORA-12560: TNS:protocol adapter error#) so plz tell me how to
1) Uninstall oracle 9i
2)Re-install Oracle 9i perfectly inorder to work Sql plus

One is on the screen and I use the mouse, the other is a push button type thing, they work independantly of each other. Why do I have 2? Is one better than the other? Or do I jsut turn it up really loud?

I went into a website called circuitmicro.com to buy a laptop, and filled out an application for credit on June 8th, 2006. It was approved. They have taken over $400.00 out of my bank account and have never sent me the product. I have tried everything humanly possible to contact them with absolutly no response. What can I do?
