If you have recently added a new device to your computer, you may have peripherals fighting to work with the same computer resources.

There is also the possibility that your computer has somehow been set for sleep mode. To check these settings, do the following:
Windows

Go to Power Options in the Control Panel
Start→Settings→Control Panel→Power Options
Select the Power Schemes tab
check: Set Turn off monitor and adjust if necessary
check: Turn off hard disks and adjust if necessary
Click OK

Hope this helps!

You should first open the computer and inside it try to see the port where the moniter's plug is plug in.and see for any burnt part of the cable .Pull the plug and again put it and feel of any sparking.Sometimes this case also happens. For further details contact ur nearer operator.

well, first the obvious, re-check your cables. If there is still a problem, check and see if you have a video card or if its built on the motherboard. If its a PCI or AGP vid card? Pull them out and re-install them firmly, they may be loose. a loose card may be interfering with your keyboard.

For the moniter, it could be a problem with the graphics card, so try making sure it's getting enough air. No clue about keyboard, but if you have another one, try it, and see if it works.
