Try hitting F8 as it's starting up, and there should be a menu that has the option to start in regular mode.
If that doesn't help then I have no idea :o)

normally there is a problem when you machine continually starts in safe mode. You will need to try and do a repair of the operating system or look for some device not working that is causing this. If windows xp you can do a restore to a previous date before the problem occurred (if you have restore turned on), if windows 200 then you can insert the cd and boot from the cd to do a repair of the operating system and hopefully this will work.

Hit the start icon, that will take you to your main menu, select
control panel, this is where that cursed "safe mode" setting ought to be, check your settings, revise what you don't want.
And don't change what you're not sure of - you could do more damage than you think you're doing.
Otherwise, ask a grown up or save your pennies to have a professional come in to de bug your PC.

Do you have motherboard software to check temperature of the CPU? If it not cooled properly it will do that.If the thermal grease seal between CPU and heat sink dried out an cracked it will overheat. Clean both of them and get fresh thermal grease in there.
