No easy process for doing that. The computer has no way to guess what colors things are suppose to be. Is this red, yellow, or sky-blue pink?

You could open the picture in a graphics program (like MS Paint) and go in and hand color everything. Would take a while and a lot of work - but you could do it...

But there is no practical way to do it.
