You need to be more specific. Is it a copyrighted cd? Is it a cd you made or bought? Is your computer able to even read (play) the cd?

you can't just copy the files from an audio cd, you have to use a program that rips them, like windows media player

Either your software doesn't support the file type or the cd is write protected with read only files.

on the case, does it say it is illegal? if it is, i dont think u can. sorry. if u doesnt say it anywhere, u probably have 2 go on2 your computers settings and search 4 the intructions.
