Since you did not give monitor information, I can not be specific, but if you press the buttons on you monitor, there is often a menu that lets you change setting (size, colors, etc) for the monitor. Try setting it back to default.
If that does not work, try attaching adifferent monitor and seeing if it also has the wrong colors. If the other monitor is good, then you may have burned out one of the "color guns" in your monitor and you will have to replace it.

Well, it doens't sound like the dreaded "blue screen of death" since you see pictures, etc. It sounds like a problem with a monitor. Try adjusting the color settings on the monitor. if that doesn't work, check the pins in the plug that attaches to the harddrive. if one of them bends or breaks, it can wreak havoc with your computer. I once lost all red hues due to that.

a brilliant sort of infants cry so fitfully that they bypass blue in the face. i could particularly enable the wellness care provider understand approximately this - there are drugs obtainable to stay away from such a controversy - yet you additionally can attempt some issues till now he gets so wound up. you could attempt blowing in his mouth or in his face - startling him and inflicting him to alter his respiration trend sufficient to stay away from a blue episode. you additionally can attempt a powerful distraction technique like blaring song to divert interest. With some older infants they recognize that going into "extra healthful" mode could be a brilliant interest grabber and use it to pull your interest in the direction of them or to get what they want, which isn't a powerful factor.

check if the video cable is properly connected to your computer, this kind of things happens when the cable moves or comes out a little from the video card socket... thing.
if this doesn't solve the problem, try with another monitor on your computer. if that works ok, it's the monitor's fault
