I know he is signing up for profiles, but he has started deleting history and stuff from the computer when he gets off of it. How can I see what he is looking at? I have heard that Google desktop keeps these files, is that true? Even if he deletes them? Or is there a babysitter program that can email me what sites he visits?

I'm using Azureus regularly at the moment to download some large files, and I've noticed that whenever it's running, my internet connection seems to cut out every 20 minutes or so, sometimes more often, sometimes less. I know it's not the Windows TCP connections security limit, because I changed that and it keeps happening. It might be the router (BT Voyager, connected via USB), or it might be the computer (Vista). Whatever it is, unplugging then replugging the USB connection always gets it running again, but it does rather disrupt the downloads and also means I spend several minutes each time trying to work out why the page I'm on isn't loading. It's not always obvious when it happens, and there doesn't seem to be any regular pattern to it - it managed to download a whole GB last night before crashing out, then this morning managed only a few hundred MB. As far as I know, my router is running the latest firmware, and I can't think of anything else I ought to say...

OK I logged into my ebay account today and notice I have a $870 balance. Well I haven't sold anything in 3 months so I contacted them and was told:

Essentially, what happened, is you were not credited correctly. Some Trust and Safety tools, when crediting Good Till Cancelled Listings, have been crediting far too much, they credit for ALL fees, and EVERY Final Value Fee every charged for a listing. When Good Till Cancelled Listings are cancelled, only the current duration is credited as previous durations are in the past, these are completed durations, and these are fees that are owed to us, but we've been crediting ALL fees. Essentially we've had to backtrack and correct this error. These are valid fees for an overcredit and this is actual money owed

OK I am being charged for an error made by ebay and they want ME to pay for it. Do I have any legal options avalible for me? I can't pay out this $870 in the 14 days they want me too. They are threatning to close out my store/account

I don't know THAT much about wireless internet but am usually capable of fixing it but not this time. I'm on my main computer. I have a laptop as well that isn't properly connecting to the internet. It says that it IS connected but when I click on internet explorer it says "Working Offline" so obviously it isn't connected. I tried hitting "repair" many many times but its not working. It says that it can not complete the repair because it can not renew the IP address. Sometimes it does repair everything successfully but internet explorer still says "working offline." I NEED HELPPP!!!!!!!! Any computer wizzs out there that can solve my problem????

just as of 4 days ago i started getting popups from all sorts of sites. including one called zedo i think. i downloaded the yahoo toolbar with the pop up blocker and it worked for one day and now it does not. its on but i keep getting more and more pop ups. its really annoying . what should i do. ?

Hi I have a internet provider that limits heavy bandwith users and the limit for downloading is only 7,500mb and in 2 days ive already used 1007mb. This suppose to last me for the whole month! Im afraid im going to run over and I was woundering if theres any program or way to not download as much when I surf, watch streaming music, etc. Like mabye not show any ads, or compress the files while browsing so I dont download so much to my pc .

I just got a 22" widescreen Samsung monitor, and I've noticed that 90% of web pages only take about half the width of the screen (and they are centered with lots of free gray space to the sides). Is there an extension or anything for Firefox that will allow me within a single window to have two web sites open at the same time, kind of like a split screen?

Ok so I posted a question before and I got a few good answers but they all are blocked on my schools computers. My school has the Sonic Wall Filter installed and there are very few ways to get around it. I just want a reliable proxy that allows access to facebook and myspace from school. Please help me if you can.
The only problems are (1) It can't have proxy, prxy,proxie, or anything to do with those in the URL. (2) it can't have myspace of facebook in the URL.

I also can'tgo into tools then int opts, could I have a virus that keeps me off the internet. I called my ISP and they can't find a reason I can't connect. I called Linksys & they tell me I have a browser issue. Tried to install Mozilla it won't work because I'm on wireless network.Can't get in internet at all. I am in desperate need off help. Also, I am not very computer literate, so please provide simple answers so I my try to fix and resolve my problem. I am running my desk top off my sisters lap top, she has a D-Link wireless router and I have no problem getting on the internet with her lap top. I use to be able to access internet before, I can still use Spybot, I don't understand why I can't get online. My signal strength shows as very good connection and shows I am connected. I am puzzled and frustrated beyond words. I hope someone can give me step by step instructions on how to fix ! I greatly appreciate any help someone can give me. I just want a legitimate job working at home or online where I have to fill out a real job application, not some b.s where I have to pay to join.. I am not looking to get rich, I just want to make about $10.00 per hour. Any suggestions of where I can find such a job would be greatly appreciated. My internet explorer browser runs very slowly. I'm using the latest version and have checked for spyware and viruses. It still loads pages very slowly, even though I'm on high speed DSL.

I downloaded Firefox and that loads pages quickly and works very well, so it's not the computer or the connection. I don't particularly care for IE but it's a necessary evil. Some websites won't run without it. So does anyone have any ideas of stuff I can check, as to why one browser works fine, and the other is slow as being on a 56k?

i keep getting annoying ads that poop up,i have anti spyware that scan and then quarantine all the "harmful" things but they still keep popping up and when im just on my homepage and then it goes to screensaver it says i have 3 programmes running,could the annoying pop up ads be another programme? If so how do i find them and stop them please? Thanks all :)

have problem with ie7.cannot open "internet options" "delete browsing history"from the tool bar.cannot open "internet options"in control panel.or from the icon on desk top.cannot remove ie7 from control panel,get a message "cannot copy ieeula.chm"system restore does not correct problem.ie7 is obviously the problem.control panel says ie7 is only 2.3mb and rarely used.think it was 20mb to download and is used every day.help before i have to go to the expensive experts.

I heard these windows were use to trap people who misbelieve it and hack their computer with harmful viruses. If this is true, why is these window not blocked? and why several websites allows that to display on their webpage?
