Hi I have a internet provider that limits heavy bandwith users and the limit for downloading is only 7,500mb and in 2 days ive already used 1007mb. This suppose to last me for the whole month! Im afraid im going to run over and I was woundering if theres any program or way to not download as much when I surf, watch streaming music, etc. Like mabye not show any ads, or compress the files while browsing so I dont download so much to my pc .

Download a program called Broadband Monitor, it tells you how much youve used and if you want to set a daily limit, you can, just so you can space it out. I myself got unlimited download stuff cause i like download about 30gb per day

Anything you actually see is downloaded. You could use a text based browser, this will severely limit what downloads, but if you actually ask to download something large you can use 3 or 4 days of browsing download.
