I just got an account at walla.com and whenever I try to send an e-mail, a red bar pops up and it doesn't let me send the e-mail! PLZ HELP!

Have you got your pop3 account sorted? there are settings within that somwhere. do u know anyone nearby whos handy as its only a small issue i just cant think straight at this time! hahaha
Its for your "internal" account i take it isnt it? ask your internet service provider they will guide you thru the appropriate steps.
