Is the issue you are having on a business machine or a home machine?

If your problem is with a business computer, I would suggest you use Repelit and Scrubit from itSoftware (http://itSoftwareProducts.com ). They detect spyware and viruses that products like Norton, Adaware, and Spysweeper miss. Unfortunately though, they only sell to companies.

If your problem is on a home machine, Spysweeper would probably be the next best option.

Most likely infected by something more serious, the boundary between virus/trojans/spywares is getting thinner by the day.

Download a trial copy of Panda Internet Security, install it and hopefully should help to remove them.

first boot up in safe mode..turn the computer off then as it is rebooting tap the F8 key..this will take you to the boot up menu.. then using the arrow keys highlight safe mode.. Click enter Then click yes if you are asked if you want to boot in safe mode...The screen will look funny but thats supposed to... Then use this free ware and run it on your computer.
Security Free Ware for your computer...
go to http:// www.download.com
There is a search bar at the top. Type in :
AVG FREE anti-virus download it then update it.. Then look for SPY BOT Search and Destroy..download it and update it.. After you update Spy Bot , click on "Immunize" on the main Spy Bot page.. let it run ..A window may pop up telling you, so many things have been blocked and there are so many that can be blocked... if it does , then click immunize at the top. This loads the definitions. Click block pages silently also.. Look for and download , Zone Alarm free fire wall also..You need one of these too. Then go to http://www. lavasoft.com and look for AD-Aware SE personal edition..Download it and then update it... These programs are all free..Then run all three programs. The Firewall runs itself.. You will need to run all three programs at least once a week..The AVG protects constantly. And can be set up to automatically update, and scan for problems. But you will have to open and check for updates and run the programs manually for the other 2.. You may also want to download Abexo Registry Cleaner ( also available at download.com) but be careful when you delete registry files it may be something you want to keep look at each one before you delete them.

Go to Add or Remove Programs and look at any suspicious programs that are installed, Remove them if you see any.
Just a recommendation, but I would suggest downloading Ad-Aware if that does not work. If you want to download it here's a link: http://www.lavasoftusa.com/products/ad-aware_se_personal.php
