I had People pc last year and cancelled my service in Oct. They have continued to charge my account since then and say they have no record of me cancelling, so they won't refund me. has anyone else been mistreated?

I don't get spam from many spammers..but Each day I get a spam message in my email address at least 19 times...it shows a different topic and a different sender at times. But it all shows the same message and email address ending. There is no "click here to unsubscribe" so there seems to be nothing I can do. Can i do anything?

I bought this used computer from a guy who I do not know well and the reason I am writing is because I do not want to have in my computer sexy pictures or movies from the previous owner. I would like to learn to delete his downloaded PICTURES and MOVIES records for good. What are the steps that I need to follow to delete all of them. I have checked the picture's file and I have deleted some already, however, I still find more also if all this materials it was downloaded from the internet how do I eliminate them?

Im visitiing a village in china named "Sanshui" in Guanddong and I want to find it on google earth but im having some difficutly typing the address into the "Fly To" part of it. Can anybody help? I have a wiki on the information about the town http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sanshui

In control panel, Network connections, what doe's the little
lock symbol (on all of the connections) mean ?

I've never build a website before, but I've messed around with the internet for years and pretty much understand how it works and I've messaed around with my myspace page a lot. Plus, I understand the besics of how to attract customers and how to build a website that's easy to use and that looks attractive.
