my internet page has changed cmpletely. the place where we type in web addresses vanished. google toolbar can be seen and all the buttons on top can be seen. what to do?

I would much appreciate help to get the item identified and want as many people as possible to see it. It is like a casino card dealers 'shoe' - but it isn't that. It is beautifully made of polished wood and brass . I have tried to copy and paste it here but it doesn't work!

Whenever I send any mail directly from any side my hotmail account
appears, as I set it in default hotmail Id from internet option. But I want to make it Yahoo, & I can not find any Yahoo options in Internet Toolbars. I'm using both Internt + firefox explorer.

I uploaded a video a little while ago to a site. i can't remember the name. I think I found it originally as a link on myspace since it generated code to post it on the site. It has a name that starts with a Y I think. Like yuri, yumi, or something like that. It's not youtube, I'm not retarded. It may not exist anymore, but I would love some info.
