click on file/save as and save the page in a folder or document. If you want to send it by e-mail..file/send and choose send link or page.

Well, there are several ways to download.
1. First is like what Hero said, saving the file using the .mht as an extension.
2. The second way is by using download managers such as, Internet Download Manager 5.05, Download Accelerator Lite 1.0.4, and Download2Home 0.9.9. These softwares are useful in downloading the page and its contents such as links, images, HTML codes, and other graphic contents.
3.If you are using Mozilla Firefox, you can install the DownThemAll and FlashGot Add-ons for quicker downloading.

file
save as
.mht
choose location
then u get a mht file
this is a webpage with links
all on that page is saved, but not the pages in the links
only the links
u will need internet to see those links

It is a simple process. Just choose: File->Save Page As...
A dilog will pop-up asking for the save location. Provide the save location and the page will be stored in its entirity (Images included).

You can click on the file menu and then click Save Page As..and your whole page completely will be downloaded to your hard disk.But if you will try to write in CD or Floppy then the same will not be downloaded when you open same page from it.So you need to save page in Flopy itself if you want to use data from floppy.

Just Disable all the blockers such as popup blocker or image blocker from the internet explorer settings....
but why are the links not displayed on the webpage ? are you sure ?
