dont delete you cookies, and check around the login part of the screen and see if there is a little box you can put a checkmark in where it says "remember my password/name"

on most websites that require you to register using usernames and passwords they will have an option to remember you. As long as you don't clean out your "cookies" (see the link below for a great description of cookies) then your PC will continually ask you for them. I would suggest writing them down and storing them somewhere safe and away from prying eyes. As a last resort you can use a free software program to record all of your information for retrieval when you need it - Free Password Manager Plus 1.6.8 located at - http://www.tucows.com/preview/408926

You can enter this information in IE, go to:
Tools, Content, Under Auto Complete click settings and make sure password is checked. From now on, when you log into a website, it'll ask you if you want to save the log in data. Say yes.

You can either buy, or use the trial version of http://www.roboform.com

Better yet, use mozilla firefox, and it will remember your passwords for you for free!
