it takes forever to load them and every1 elses computer already has them loaded when they watch movies do i have download something or what??? my java is fully updated and its a new computer

Sounds like a dial up connection to me problem. Mine load before I have time to count seconds. Cable system here.

do you have a slow connection? You could just be unlucky and downloading at busy times... the youtube server gets pretty stretched...

It might be your download speed. don't use dialup if that's what u have.
